Training programmes

Seven programmes across Budget Track and Income Track. Each module is vocational training with indicative SGD fees — skills practise, not promised savings, salary lifts, or investment returns.

AI Budget Rush programmes combine AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude with practical budget management and income skills for Singapore professionals. You will work through prompt engineering, AI workflows, AI-assisted reporting, and generative AI for finance teams while building cash flow clarity, expense tracking, and financial reporting hygiene. Income Track modules add service packaging, pricing literacy, and billable AI work patterns for career upside without guaranteeing earnings. All fees below are indicative in SGD for 2026 cohorts at Capital Tower and may change at enrolment confirmation.

Curriculum pacing assumes adult learners who already navigate workplace tools. We allocate time for AI productivity experiments, AI output quality critique, and documentation of repeatable AI finance processes so habits survive after the cohort ends. Budget Track programmes lean into spend control, cost categorisation, treasury visibility, and month-end close support. Income Track programmes lean into freelance finance workflow, side-income organisation, professional earning methods, and productivity for income growth — always as literacy, never as promised revenue. Facilitators will redirect any conversation that drifts toward trading, MLM, or guaranteed salary narratives back to vocational practise.

Our courses teach practical AI-assisted budget management and professional income-skills that can support clearer financial operations and more billable work. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific savings, profit, salary increases, investment returns, or business results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — financial and career decisions require human judgment and professional review. This is vocational training, not investment, tax, legal, accounting, or employment placement advice.

Budget Track

Four programmes for finance operations clarity

Whiteboard foundations session on AI finance tools

1. AI Budget Rush Foundations — Finance Tools & Workflows

6 weeks · Indicative fee S$680–S$920 · Live cohort or self-paced option

Foundations introduces the AI Budget Rush method: how AI tools enter everyday finance operations without replacing judgment. Learners map invoice workflow steps, practise prompt engineering for short variance notes, and compare AI spreadsheet support against a manual baseline. Sessions cover AI productivity boundaries, AI output quality checks, and a compliance-minded finance process so drafts never bypass review. You leave with a personal toolkit checklist covering ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude for routine budget management tasks, plus a written stance on when AI automation is appropriate versus when reconciliation discipline must stay fully human. Suitable for coordinators, administrators, and operators new to workplace AI.

2. Budget Planning with AI Assistance

4 weeks · Indicative fee S$520–S$760

This programme deepens financial planning literacy: calendars, assumptions, driver tables, and scenario notes. You use generative AI for finance teams to draft planning narratives, then stress-test numbers for forecast accuracy. Modules include AI forecasting workflows, cost categorisation maps, and spend control flags that feed finance decision support. Facilitators emphasise that AI-assisted plans are starting points — treasury visibility and management reporting still require ownership. Graduates produce a planning pack template they can adapt for departmental or personal budgets, with explicit placeholders for human sign-off before any figure is treated as final.

Small-group coaching on cash-flow and expense classification

3. Cash-Flow Tracking & Expense Classification

4 weeks · Indicative fee S$540–S$780

Cash-flow sessions focus on cash flow clarity, expense tracking, and AI categorisation drills using anonymised sample ledgers. Learners practise AI document extraction on receipt packs, then reconcile categories against policy. The module builds accounts payable workflow awareness and month-end close support habits: cut-off lists, exception logs, and AI reconciliation support that never auto-posts. Finance process improvement is framed as cleaner routines, not guaranteed savings. By the end you will have a weekly tracking cadence and a classification rule sheet that balances speed with audit-ready notes.

Cohort practising AI-assisted reporting hygiene
Budget

4. AI-Assisted Financial Reporting Hygiene

5 weeks · Indicative fee S$620–S$880

Reporting Hygiene trains AI-assisted reporting and management reporting standards for Singapore workplaces. You draft board-lite summaries with AI finance dashboards concepts, then apply financial reporting hygiene checklists: source citations, variance explanations, and sensitivity notes. Repeatable AI finance processes are documented as runbooks covering who prompts, who reviews, and who publishes. The programme strengthens reconciliation discipline around narrative claims so generative text cannot invent totals. Outcomes include a reporting hygiene scorecard and a sample pack suitable for internal practise — educational artefacts, not regulated filings or investment materials.

Income Track

Three programmes for ethical income skills

Income Track develops vocational income literacy and professional earning methods. It is not trading, MLM, or a salary guarantee.

5. AI Income Skills — Packaging & Client-Ready Deliverables

5 weeks · Indicative fee S$640–S$900

This income skills programme teaches service packaging for scoped AI finance assists: what is included, what is excluded, and how client-ready deliverables look when review steps are visible. Learners assemble a portfolio of AI finance skills — annotated budget reviews, cleaned categorisation packs, and short briefings — while practising billable AI work etiquette. Workplace AI monetisation literacy covers how to discuss AI workflows with clients without overstating impact. Career upside is framed as readiness for skills-based earning improvement, never as promised revenue. Suitable for freelancers, internal champions, and operators exploring structured offers.

Workshop round table on pricing literacy

6. Pricing Literacy & Freelance Finance Workflows with AI

4 weeks · Indicative fee S$560–S$820

Pricing literacy meets freelance finance workflow design. You map proposal structures, revision rules, and time logs, then use AI productivity carefully for draft scopes that humans still edit. Side-income organisation modules cover calendar boundaries, invoice workflow for personal engagements, and professional earning methods that stay transparent. Income pathway training includes productivity for income growth habits — batching deliverables, protecting review time — without claiming specific earnings. Graduates leave with a pricing conversation script and a workflow checklist that supports ethical freelance practice.

Evening classroom cohort working on capstone plans
Capstone

7. Capstone — Personal AI Budget & Income Operations Plan

3 weeks · Indicative fee S$480–S$720 · Prerequisite: two completed programmes or facilitator approval

The capstone is an income-oriented AI practicum that integrates Budget Track and Income Track learning into one personal operations plan for 2026. Participants combine AI forecasting workflows, expense tracking routines, and service packaging into a living document with weekly rituals, tool rules, and review partners. Facilitators critique AI output quality, challenge optimistic claims, and insist on disclaimer language wherever outcomes could be misread. Completing the capstone demonstrates vocational income literacy and finance process improvement thinking — it does not certify profitability, placement, or investment competence. Presentations stay educational and peer-reviewed inside the cohort.
